What This Is

ForestWittyGirl offers personal guidance, honest conversation, and structured journeys through text-based communication. This is not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or any form of licensed medical or mental health treatment. I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical professional.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, are in danger, or need professional clinical support, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Your Conversations

Your conversations with the Forest are private. I will never share what you tell me with anyone else, and I will never use your name or story publicly without your explicit permission.

However, conversations through this site are not protected by therapist-client privilege or any legal confidentiality framework. This means that in the unlikely event of a legal proceeding, these conversations would not carry the same protections as those with a licensed therapist.

What I Collect

When you start a conversation, I collect your first name, email address (optional), and the messages you send. This information is stored securely through Google Firebase and is used solely to provide the guidance service. I do not sell, share, or distribute your information to any third party.

When you submit a question through Ask the Forest, your name (or "Anonymous") and question are collected through Formspree and delivered to my email. Published answers on the site will only include the name you provided or "Anonymous."

Donations

All donations through The Giving Tree are voluntary, anonymous, and nonrefundable. There are no set prices for any service. Donations are processed through Cash App and Venmo, not through this website directly. ForestWittyGirl does not store any payment or financial information.

Your Responsibility

By using this service, you acknowledge that the guidance provided is based on personal experience and perspective, not clinical training. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. The Forest is here to walk beside you, not to direct your life.

My Right to End a Conversation

I reserve the right to end any conversation at any time if I believe continuing would be harmful, inappropriate, or outside the scope of what I can offer. This includes situations where professional clinical support would be more appropriate.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
